The previous tenants decided to leave the state and due to the pandemic their property management team was having a hard time finding new ones. They had to deal with the extra cost and the stress of not knowing when they will find someone to move in.

They heard about our company through a Facebook post and Chrissy Johnson called us the very next morning. We set up a video chat with the family and spent a couple of hours discuss their issues and a plan to overcome it. We took over management of their property 8 months ago, we found new tenants in less than 2 months. We properly screened the tenants and Chrissy called us not too long after to let us know how pleased she was with the new tenants and our impressive process.
